2. General information on data processing
I process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and my content and services (currently: a waitlist for the upcoming app “Sakilume”). Processing generally takes place only with the user’s consent or where a legal basis permits the processing.
3. Hosting via Wix
This website is hosted by Wix. The provider is Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel, and Wix.com Deutschland GmbH, Neuhofstraße 3a, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Wix is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of my website. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Wix to ensure the protection of your data. Where personal data is transferred to a third country (including the USA and Israel), this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
4. Server log files
When you access the website, information is automatically collected and stored in server log files that your browser transmits. These are in particular: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically error-free and secure presentation of the website).

This website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR or Section 25 (2) TDDDG. All other cookies (e.g. for statistics or marketing) are only set with your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
6. Waitlist / newsletter sign-up
On this website you can sign up for a waitlist and mailing list to be informed about the launch of the app “Sakilume” and to receive ongoing news and updates about the app. For this purpose I collect your email address and the time of sign-up. Providing the email address is required for the sign-up; any further information is voluntary.
Processing is carried out solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox (“Yes, I agree to receive E-Mails”) and submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by an informal email to hello@sakilume.com or via the unsubscribe link in every email. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
I store your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, i.e. until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. After you unsubscribe, your data is deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
7. Your rights
Within the framework of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:
• access to your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),

• withdraw consent you have given (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

9. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://”.
10. Changes to this privacy policy
I reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to my services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
